Adnan Ikram is heading the Infrastructure Optimization vertical where he is involved in providing integrated and end-to-end solutions based on IBM, NetApp, and Symantec technology. Adnan provides state-of-the-art solutions to domestic and global markets that not only provide maximum lower total cost of ownership but also provide higher return on investment. Adnan’s overall IT experience is spread over more than 16 years, mostly at IBM Pakistan, and ICL (now Fujitsu Siemens).
His technical expertise lies in IBM System product range running IBM AIX UNIX Operating System and Enterprise & Midrange Storage products. Among his areas of interest are studying and designing solutions based on High Availability Subsystems and Site Disaster Recovery. He has been a consultant to Financial Services sector in the area of Disaster Backup Recovery, Systems Securities, System Sizing and Performance Optimization. He is a passionate speaker and imparts AIX education at all levels, internationally and locally.
Adnan has co-authored more than 10 IBM Redbooks. He has strong industry knowledge based on Sun Microsystems and HP, and has various technical certifications under IBM product portfolio. Adnan holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering. . |
