Amer Mubbusher is an IT Professional, and joined Si3 with over 16 years of experience in Information Technology, Data Networking and Enterprise Level Solution Design. At Si3, he is the Country Head managing all the operations in the Si3 Pakistan, and is the primary source of strategic outsourcing. He anticipates, creates and defines innovative technical solutions that match the customer's and Si3's tactical and strategic requirements. He also owns the definition of the technical solution and is the primary source of strategic outsourcing, technical engagement management and solution design within the geography for the discipline. Amer leads a specialized team with expertise in one or more professional operational disciplines, having detailed knowledge of many of the specialties himself. Amer and his team also develop new lines of business as the market dynamics change. He owns professional services results in regional as well as global engagements.
Previously at AT&T, Amer headed the elite Solution Design Center, managing a team of professionals from Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina which crafted and delivered solutions for complex Systems Integration, Networking, Managed Operations and Outsourcing business opportunities for AT&T Americas region. Prior to that, he held senior positions for 9 years with IBM Canada.
Amer has been presented awards for outstanding performance during his illustrious career including Professional Excellence Award by Chairman of Board at IBM Corporation, and Professional Achievement Award by General Manager AT&T Canada.
