At a Gala Night ceremony attended by all member companies, of Pakistan Software Houses Association, corporate sector, financial sector, telecom sector, academic sector, and public sector, Si3 was awarded winner of 2 prestigious PASHA National ICT Awards, and took home a merit award as well.

Winner: Best Revenue Growth
This Award was presented to the IT/ITES Company that registered the best revenue growth during the past financial year 2005-06– both in terms of domestic and export revenue. Si3 grew an unprecedented 562%, year-on-year, with all revenues from domestic business.

Winner: Best Brand Development
Si3 won this award, by managing to brand itself most effectively. Amongst the things that were assessed were corporate identity, advertisements, collateral, and media exposure.

Merit Award: Best IT/ITES Employer
This Award was presented to the best IT/ITES Employer from amongst the IT and ITeS companies based in Pakistan. This includes areas such as best environment to work in, best learning and growth opportunities, challenging work, motivating managers and supervisors, good systems. Si3, with its strong work ethic and culture, was awarded a Merit Award.

The objective of the P@SHA ICT Awards is to provide recognition to software and service applications that have been developed in Pakistan. It is meant to acknowledge creativity, innovation and excellence in the Pakistan Information and Communication Technologies sector.
