Consulting Services
 This aspect of services is covered by undertaking an exercise towards the development of an IT Strategy which is aligned with the customer’s Business Strategy. Once the customer establishes the IT Strategy, Si3 formulates the Solution Architecture developed by our Solution Design Centre (SDC). Subsequent to customer concurrence for Solution Architecture, Si3’s technical team, along with the customer, develop the specific technology solution for the customer. This includes requirements for applications, networks, hardware and other related technology and people skill requirements. And finally, we assist the customer in selection of the technologies identified in the prior process of Solution Development.
Systems Integration Services
Having established the customer’s IT Strategy and Technology Selection, we assist our customer with Systems Integration Services by bringing the strength of our technical team to our customers’ organization. Under this service segment we help the customer to deploy a variety of technologies and integrate the customer selected technologies to deliver the IT solution that meets the customer’s stated business and IT goals and objectives. Solution Deployment services are the vehicle for Systems Integration services. These services include establishment of Data Centers, Network Operation Centers, installation of all hardware devices, all software elements including operating system(s), middleware, software tools, applications (including customization of applications), establishment of customer network infrastructure, training and skills enhancement of customer staff. These services conclude after the cutover takes place and the customer is in a position to carry-on with the operations and maintenance of the information management system from their own resources.
Outsourcing Services
Keeping in view the complexity of information technology elements today, we go one step beyond Systems Integration. We complement the customer with Outsourcing Services. These services cover Operations and Maintenance of the solution deployed by the customer, including all the elements of information technology that the customer utilizes for its information management.
With Data Centers established at Karachi and Islamabad, Si3 Data Centers can be used by our customers as their primary site or as a secondary site or Disaster Recovery. In the case of the former, all activities and responsibilities related to Information Technology Operations, Management and Maintenance are undertaken by Si3 while the customer can focus on their core business.
