Pakistan still faces staggering human resource challenges even as economy continues to grow at an admirable pace. The Pakistan Software Houses Association (PASHA) Job Fair 2005 in Karachi brought IT, banking, MNC and Telecom sectors under a single roof to create a world-class public service event where human resource and recruiting heads of Pakistan’s renowned employers guided participants in feature workshops and counseling sessions. The fair also featured company booths where job seekers participated in on-the-spot interviews.
