Among the world's top 3 IT exhibitions, Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX) continues to be the most important gateway to the Middle East market with over 1200 exhibitors representing 2274 Companies from 61 Countries during GITEX 2005.

Amongst the 12 companies promoting the country as an IT destination, at the lively Pakistan country pavilion in the Software Hall, a delegation of consultants from Si3 conducted demonstrations and presentations, highlighting its strengths as a world-class solution provider staffed with professionals from Fortune 500 companies. Si3’s Alliances team also held meetings with prospects in different exhibition halls.

As part of Pakistan’s official presence at GITEX 2004, Si3 started a focused business development drive to attract GCC-based technology outsourcing business. Within the GCC states, Dubai is the hub of commercial activity, providing the appropriate synergies for expansion into the region.
